1. To educate the farmers to use new farming methods using minimum quantities of pesticides.

2. To deliver produce direct from the farmer to our approved processor thus eliminating unhygienic open-air markets and the chain of dealers, to minimize the risk of contamination.

3. The produce is then sorted by hand discarding any non conforming material.

4. The product is duly processed. Once all quality checks have been made the final bagging operation takes place.
